They administer clinical rehabilitation exercise to restore strength, endurance, and mobility of individuals with functional limitations or those requiring extended physical conditioning. They are qualified to treat neurological, and musculoskeletal diseases and disorders in pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
American College of Sports Medicine
The largest sports medicine and exercise science organization in the world. Since 1954 the American College of Sports Medicine has put into practice its strategic efforts to advance the health of all. Working in a wide range of medical specialties, allied health professionals, and scientific disciplines, our members are committed to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of sports- related injuries and the advancement of the science of exercise.
Medical Fitness Association
The Medical Fitness Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of businesses and centers that are owned, sponsored or operated by hospitals,physician groups, and other allied medical professionals through out the world.
